Who are we

Vera

Leaving rainy Belgium and moving to Perpignan in Catalunia,
we wanted to find a more relaxed lifestyle. We still needed to work,
for sanity if nothing else, but needed to do so in a less pressured environment.
Property management allows me to use my project management experience, in order to deliver a quality level that our clients will
appreciate.

Being once foreigners ourselves, we know how it feels and what it
takes to settle in Catalunia, we want our clients to benefit from our
experiences and guide them through the buying process and help
them to settle in, whether we talk about how obtaining planning
permission, water/electricity/gaz connection, property maintenance,
etc...,
Our objective is to make it as hassle free as possible for our clients and
give them peace of mind .
