Paul

Together with my wife, I always dreamt of living in a sunny country.
And yes we did it ! we have our place in the sun !

In 2003, we moved country and settled at the border of France
and Spain, in a small town 'Le Boulou' at just 5minutes from the Spanish
border. We are fortunate to be able to enjoy the lovely beaches at
the Mediterranean sea, visit the picturesque villages Collioure, Cérêt,
and enjoy the delicious Spanish tapas on offer in the Costa Brava
(Figueres, Roses, Empuriabrava...).

We have come to know both areas quite well and as we always have
had a passion for property development, we have set up an agency
offering personalized services in property management and real estate.

Being multilingual we have a perfect understanding and communication with our international clients. We offer peace of mind to our clients in
need of professional help to find their dream house guiding them through the buying process and we set our clients' mind at rest in the knowledge that their holiday property is being properly looked after.
