We guide you through the buying process liaising with the vendor and the notary from beginning to end until completion of the sale and beyond. Project Management Service

We can assist with your building alterations or new-build acting as your project manager offering you peace of mind. We can bring you in contact with our network of tradesmen who will deliver up to high standard. We manage the entire project for you, providing you with regular progress reports.
As communication is key for the whole process, we speak several languages, so we can clearly communicate with everyone about the who, what and when in order to deliver timely and within budget.

Keyholder Service - Holiday Rentals

We offer a complete changeover service from one let to the next. We prepare your residence prior to the arrival of your guests and help them settle in providing them with practical guidelines. After each let, we collect the keys, lock-up and check inventories.

Cleaning Service

Your property will be cleaned to the highest standard for the arrival of the guests. We can also offer mid stay cleaning and laundry.

Garden and Pool Maintenance

A well tended garden and a clean pool is a must for all homes whether they are let or otherwise. The garden needs to be kept neat and tidy, this helps in the appeal of your property. We can offer regular maintenance on your garden and/or pool, enabling both your guests and you to enjoy your home when you visit.

Security Check Service

This service ensures a minimum of at least a once per month check that the house is safe and secure and includes checks after severe weather. It gives you peace of mind in the knowledge that your property is being properly looked after when you are not in France. We also gladly manage both residential and holiday homes that are not for let.
